Comfortable Stay with Great Staff

Enjoyed a two-night stay with an impeccable room and attentive staff. The location is convenient for exploring the city. I recommend trying the breakfast, although I felt a bit rushed due to constant plate clearing. The bar had an excellent selection, especially enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff.

I had a pleasant stay with friendly and attentive staff that made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a great selection of hot and cold options to start the day right. the room was quite noisy with thin walls that made it difficult to relax fully, and I encountered uneven water temperature in the shower, which could use improvement.

Would recommend for a weekend getaway

Comfortable room, convenient location, with the added benefit of a fantastic on-site bar and restaurant, making it easy to unwind after exploring the city on foot.

Great breakfast and welcoming staff but fire alarm woke us early.

Hot water issues marred my stay, but the friendly staff and modern room made for a decent experience overall. However, the hotel needs to address the outdated curtains and noise disturbances more seriously.

The shower room was a highlight, with refillable washing products instead of disposable bottles. Ample towels and a magnifying mirror. The window seat added a cozy touch, and the coffee machine with individual pods was a nice convenience. we experienced an issue with the toilet that was reported but not resolved during our stay, and the follow-up communication was lacking. This impacted our overall satisfaction but did not overshadow the positive aspects.

I really loved my stay here, especially the warm cookies at check-in and how clean my Queen Room was. The gym was empty, so I had a great workout, and the rooftop area was perfect for relaxing. The only downside was some noise from deliveries early in the morning, but it didn’t ruin my trip at all! 😄

The hotel is centrally located, perfect for a family getaway. The staff were amazing, especially Leo in the restaurant, who made us feel incredibly welcome and helped keep our 3 small kids entertained while we enjoyed our meals.

My kids wished there were more child-friendly options on the breakfast menu. They were excited about pancakes, but they only had them available one of the five mornings we stayed. More variety would be appreciated!

The check-in process was a bit longer than expected.

we loved the comfy beds and sheets. the shower was amazin, specially the rain shower. staff were super friendly and breakfast service was nice. no hidden fees for parking, which was great. overall, we had a pleasant stay!

but the room was kinda small compared to others ive stayed in. it felt like the hotel needs some updates and maintenance.

I had the chance to enjoy a spacious Queen Room that was super modern and fresh, making me feel right at home! The breakfast spread was truly impressive, offering both hot and cold options that energized my day. And let's not forget those warm, complimentary cookies at check-in. they were a delightful way to be welcomed!

It was just a prime choice for a couple of nights in Bristol with good value. The carpet in the room had incredible stains that made me question the room's cleanliness. Make sure to check the state of the room before settling in.

A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The stay was comfortable with polite staff. Enjoyed the well-kept surroundings and the complimentary cookie upon arrival. The room size felt cramped but the view was lovely. Be cautious with the appliances. they need proper maintenance. Consider dining at nearby places for variety.

The staff really made a difference, I mean, I had an incident where my card was declining and they were quick to figure it out, no fuss just handled it. And the breakfast buffet was fantastic! They had a great selection of hot and cold items, which saved my morning and energized me for the day ahead.
